I agree with you, but take a good look at most planets in eve and you'll notice 99.9% of them are cold and barren, with hardly any atmosphere. Even some of the stats on the homeworlds are bad. Luminaire 3/4 are NOT nice places to live.

When i got to "warp locking" i gave up. I assume the op is talking about scrams? Don't agro people and don't fly your miner in lowsec. You won't have to worry about anyone scramming you.

It will never happen. Don't expect EVE to ever change for the better. Eve will continue to evolve further into macro heaven. The only fix is to not buy RMT. If there was no demand, there would be no supply.
